World Mission Center

The World Mission Center was started by the church to print the Gospel. The church was led of God to see the need and to help fulfill the need. The church started printing Gospel tracts in its beginning. Then, the Lord opened the door for them to begin printing portions of Scripture, John & Romans. Since it began in 1988, the World Mission Center has printed millions of tracts and John & Romans.

In 2005, the church completed a new building to house the ever growing ministry of printing the Gospel. The Lord has provided the equipment needed to help evangelize the world. The church has a web press for printing John and Romans. Also, they have other sheet presses for tracts and other printed material. The church leases a four-color press for the growing need of its ministry.

The three most commonly asked questions about the World Mission Center:

How is the World Mission Center Funded?

Since the World Mission Center is a ministry of Sweet Springs Baptist Church, the church carries the financial responsibilities. There are many costs to operating the printing ministry. God has blessed the church with people who have a heart to reach the lost with the Gospel. We have a few churches of like mind that contribute monthly to help us buy paper. If you are interested in giving to purchase paper for printing the Gospel, send your gift to Sweet Springs Baptist Church and mark it “PAPER” fund.

Who works at the World Mission Center?

Pastor Tim Gibson & Bro. Brian Myers is over the daily operations of the World Mission Center. We have several from our church who donate their time to help with this great task. Many of our elderly members have found a way to be used of God. Every piece of material they touch helps to reach someone with the Gospel. We have a few from other churches who also come and give of their time. If you would be interested in helping with this great work give us a call at (660) 277-4583.

Where does the material go?

We print material in English and several other languages. Therefore, the material is sent to the United States and to the world. We help missionaries have the proper Gospel for reaching the lost for Christ. Over the years, our church has helped to take the Gospel to nations all around the world.  We count it a great honor from the Lord to be a part of the printing ministry.

The dedication of our new building for the storage and use of the World Mission Center. This has been a great addition to our facility to house paper and multiple finished goods. Praise the Lord and everything that He is doing through this ministry!
